Receive all factory orders. Maintain bin and stock parts department.

1. Receive parts orders; check against invoice and note any damage or shortage. Ship parts or other items as required.
2. Place parts in stock or “special order” location.
3. Maintain bin in an organized manner.
4. Package and ship factory claims and returns.
5. Assist in delivery unloading.
6. Maintain parts department organized. Break down and dispose of cardboard waste.
7. Assist delivery drivers in loading and locating parts for orders.
8. Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds, bend reach overhead, squat and stoop.
9. Pack orders together so they are easy to locate and verify.
10. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma

2. 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

3. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset

4. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement

5. Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.

6. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
