- Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications; stay up to date with all manufacturer technical data as well as service bulletins. Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job.
- Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
- Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.
- Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.
Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the in Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles
