Training and Onboarding Success Specialist
# of Openings
Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers.
Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results.
Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation. Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids for onboarding, on the job training, and development plans.
Manages third party training curriculum to sustain application knowledge internally to include Fixed Operations, Sales, and Corporate third-party vendors.
Manage all third-party training scheduling and effectiveness including but, not limited to Auto Alert, V-Auto, KPA, Auto Mastermind, X-time, Zurich, F&I Compliance.
Manage orientation and onboarding process for all new hires.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Education.
1-2 years’ work experience within a teaching/training function, preferably in a large organization;
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing on the job training programs for development and sustaining effectiveness.
Must have the ability to adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
Must have the ability to work outside of normal business hours based on the training needs of the organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
