Ensure fair and consistent interpretation and application of policies, practices and procedures.
Counsels, orientates, and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Talent Engagement policies. Administers Talent Engagement policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
Oversees, handles, and manages employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
Administers leave, workers compensation, and assists performance management to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required;
5 years’ work experience within a Human Resources function, preferably in a large organization;
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must have the ability to adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
