Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.
Learn how to utilize computer to remain up to date on manufacturer recalls and/or technical data.
Complete training required set by the manager.
Maintain a clean and neat work area. Perform daily inspections of your work area.
Stay compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
High School Diploma
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
