1.) Ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer satisfaction requirements set by Allstate and Dealership Co-Chairman.
2.) Deepen relationships with customers by selling additional products.
3.) Provide excellent customer service by processing payments & reporting claims.
4.) Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed.
5.) Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available.
6.) Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals.
7.) Generating quotes at high volumes.
8.) Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems.
9.) Maintain required licenses and attend training as necessary
10.) Resolve customer escalations in a timely and positive manner.
11.) Work within the dealership structure to have the confidence & comfort level with the sales process.
12.) Ensure compliance with agency, dealership and carrier guidelines.
13.) Coordinate directly with Allstate to support agency needs.
