  • Overview

    Responsibilities

    1. Sell parts at a profit
    2. Handle incoming telephone order efficiently.
    3. Receive parts orders and check invoices against shipment. Ship parts as needed.
    4. Stock shelves.
    5. Maintain department organized. Keep counters and parts area free of litter/
    6. Assist in keeping parts catalogs updated.
    7. Inform customers when special orders arrive.
    8. Assist in returning rebuilt cores and obsolete parts to factory.
    9. Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds, bend, reach overhead, squat and stoop.

    Qualifications

    1. High School Diploma
    1. 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
    1. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
    1. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
    1. Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.

    2. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
