Complete sales turnover once the deal is written and signed by a manager.
Bill all deals daily for delivery. Review all paperwork for accuracy & personally handle final delivery paperwork with every customer.
Sell new and used vehicle finance/lease programs, warranty, aftersell products etc.
Obtain approval from lending sources for all deals. Build/maintain good relationships with finance sources and insurance carriers.
Ensure all DMV fees are accurate.
Set up and maintain an adequate program to ensure at least 100 % Finance & Insurance turnover for cash & retail deals.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed as designated by the Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act Policy, Red Flag, OFAC and Adverse Action.
Ensure prompt funding on all lease and financial contracts.
Promote high CSI standards for the dealership.
