    Responsibilities

    1. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer satisfaction requirements set by Allstate and Dealership Co-Chairman.
    2. Deepen relationships with customers by selling additional products.
    3. Provide excellent customer service by processing payments & reporting claims.
    4. Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed.
    5. Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available.
    6. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals.
    7. Generating quotes at high volumes.
    8. Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems.
    9. Maintain required licenses and attend training as necessary
    10. Resolve customer escalations in a timely and positive manner.
    11. Work within the dealership structure to have the confidence & comfort level with the sales process.
    12. Ensure compliance with agency, dealership and carrier guidelines.
